This is a problem because a Shine can last a long time and if you have a consistent bed routine, then you may not want to replace the Shines. However, Shines can actually last longer than you think. There is a chance that you may get sick if you are not following a bed routine.

Shines can last three months, but you shouldnt have to worry about that. If you are not following a bed routine, then the Shines will last longer than normal. However, you shouldnt have to worry about that because there is a chance they may not.
