If you ask me anything about health, I will say that the health state is just as important as it is a lot longer than it is long. You can’t always go right back to the day you were born on it. You want to take full advantage of that. You want to take away all the negative things you could be doing. You want to change what you do with your life, and you want to change your habits that will change your behavior.
So for example, I can’t go back to school. I can’t go back to work. I can’t get a job. I can’t get married. It’s just not in my nature. The key point here is that we can’t go back and do the things that we’ve done in the past, but we can instead change our behaviors and habits to get to a healthier state.

Most of us are a little bit weirded out by this kind of thing because it’s not at all normal to not know what you’re doing. So the best thing to do is to change your circumstances. It is a whole lot easier than you might think.
