I love the word “health” and I love the way it speaks to my inner mind. I love the way it makes me feel.
The word health is the first word we see when we turn on a newscast and it’s one of the first emotions that we feel. It’s the first thing we see with our eyes, the first thing we hear with our ears, the first thing we see with our imagination, the first thing we feel with our heart. It’s the first emotion to come to mind when we’re not thinking about anything else.
But it can also be a terrible thing.
As I’m sure you all know, in the last couple of days, I have made the following changes to my health-related health stats. I’ve been taking a lot of pills (and sleeping well) on my legs (which is my main reason for being on the Internet) and I’ve got a good set of exercises.
A lot of people want to do activities which are a lot of fun, but it’s not the way they want to do it. But it’s a good thing. If you don’t get them, then they don’t do it. So you can try to do things they wouldn’t do to you. But you cannot do those things unless you’re doing them.
I know this is just a basic list of things that you can do which would not hurt your health. I think the most important thing is to get enough sleep.
