As a coach, my team is the absolute best. The team spirit, camaraderie, and high performance make all the difference. I think the best thing you can do as a coach is to show the kids that you love them and that they are worth your time and effort. The kids will remember the time you were there to show them that they are important, and the time you were there to help them succeed.
