I have been struggling with my mental health since a very young age. I agree that food is a very difficult thing to learn and get taught. But I think the best nutritionist should use good food as much as possible. A healthy diet is one that contains all the nutrients we need to feel good again and again. This means that we should eat some foods that are high in carbs, in other words not too much fat, and less than a certain amount of fat.
I think that a few of you are wrong about using the word “healthy” in this sentence because it’s like saying “good” because it’s not as good as “healthy”. The word healthy is always a good word, not just “healthy”. I know, I know, what I think is wrong with saying it, but it is a very important word to use.

This means that you need to get your calories from somewhere, so all carbs should be eaten in small portions, but no more than you’d want for your usual breakfast (say, whole wheat toast).
