This is the kind of thing that could happen before or after the apocalypse. We live in a time loop, and we are all too aware of it. But if it has to do with something else, we don’t want to do it.
What do you do if you are lazy and you just can’t get motivated to get moving? You could always use your home workouts to fuel your fitness. You could also just go out and get your cardio workout at an outside gym. Or, you could just use the workout as a way to burn fat. You could also use the cardio to burn fat in your home.
