Syllabus for the UG CLAT 2022
- If you are applying for UG Clat 20220, the CLAT syllabus includes 5 sections; General Knowledge with Current Affairs, Mathematics, Logical Aptitude, English and Legal Aptitude.
- Each of the sections carries a fixed weightage in the exam.
- With a total of 150 multiple choice questions, each question carries 1 mark.
- There will be a minus marking of 0.25 for every wrong attempt.
Syllabus for the PG CLAT 2022
- If you are preparing for postgraduate courses, the CLAT PG syllabus comprises major subjects of the LLB Programmes.
- All the subjects of the UG CLAT syllabus along with the topics like Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Contract, etc.
- The exam will feature an interpretation of the comprehension proficiency of the candidates.
- The duration will be 120 minutes with 120 objective type questions, carrying 1 mark each. Wrong answers will lead to negative marketing of 0.25 each.
- The section will be based on the subject of the UG program, and comprise Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Law of Contract, Family Law, Criminal Law, Torts, Company Law, Property Law, Public International Law, Environmental Law, Tax Law, and Industrial & Labour Law.
