While all those studies on the proper functioning and quality of health care are a valid part of healthy living, and as such, can be both beneficial and detrimental, I recently completed a 2-week long community-wide health and wellness research at the Boston County Health Authority. I was asked to complete a comprehensive health evaluation of my family, and while this was a useful research topic, I thought it would help my family’s health.
My family is diverse. We have both a mother and daughter with type 2 diabetes. My mom is in her 60s and is in the process of moving to a new apartment. My daughter is 3 and is in the process of being accepted into a preschool. The good news is that we are all healthy and in good health. The bad news is that we all have type 2 diabetes.
My daughter is a very fragile and fragile person who needs a lot of help. We’ll make sure she receives some help in the next few weeks. It’s going to help with her mobility issues.
