The central vermont home health and hospice is a unique, non-profit, non-denominational, non-religious, non-political organization. It is for people who have reached the end of life.
This is the first “state-of-the-art” facility in the area to offer home health services. It’s also the only in vermont, which is why it’s so important. Although the services are very expensive, the hospital is staffed with nurses who can come in and assess and evaluate your health with the goal of assisting you to make decisions about your care. This is especially important if you have any underlying medical issues or conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, a stroke etc.
While the hospital has the best facilities, it doesn’t have the best staff. The nurses are very good, but they know very little about your health, and they don’t do a good job communicating that to the doctor. If you don’t speak the language, they won’t understand you and you will be seen as uncooperative and you won’t get the services.
The hospital doesnt have good patient care facilities. The doctors are not very good at communicating with you, and dont seem to care much about helping you. I have a patient, a woman who has severe heart problems. Every time I call her to see if she is ok, she tells me that she is not. I go to the hospital and ask the doctor if she is all right, and he says, “Oh yeah, she is doing just fine.
I am going to start to worry about this all the time. I am a nurse, and I know a lot of people who have had a bad experience with the hospitals. A few years ago, I noticed that the hospital was charging the nurses for all the tests they did. So I started to go to the ER and ask if anyone was taking advantage of the patients. And I started to see a lot of patients that were getting charged for tests they did not want to do.
You can’t help if you don’t know the patient you are treating. But you can help by being honest with those you are treating, even if you don’t know them well. The hospital should charge the health care provider (doctor) based on the number of tests they ordered. But that is not always the case.
This is a great example of how the system can work the wrong way. When I was a doctor I worked at a hospital I saw a lot of patients that were getting charged for tests they did not want to do. I was told that the hospital had a policy of not charging patients for tests they did not want to do. But the truth was that the policies of the hospitals did not match the policies of the clinics I was working at.
Well that policy has changed, and now the hospital can charge you for tests that they do not want to do, and it can do so in a way that does not violate the hospital’s policies. The result is that a patient is now able to get the tests they want for free.
I have no idea how this happened, but I can tell you that the central Vermonter’s health center has been offering free tests for years now, and that they just stopped doing so recently in a big way.
